We build first. You pay after. Both sides stay safe.

No prepayment for work you haven't seen. No handover you can't verify. The process below makes trust unnecessary — in the best possible way.

The process

You describe the task

Through the project form. We reply with questions, then with a written scope: what will be done, how it will be verified, what it costs. Every request gets a tracking number.

We split the project into stages

Requirements → concept → design → prototype → tests → documentation. Each stage has its own result and its own price. For a first project together, the first stage is deliberately small — so neither side risks much.

We do the work of the stage — before you pay

Then we show everything: live demos where you operate the result yourself, test recordings, reports, sample documentation pages. You verify the result is real and working.

You receive the encrypted package in advance

The complete stage result — source code, design files, documentation — is encrypted and sent to you before payment, together with its checksum. It is already in your hands; nobody can hold it back or swap it.

Payment releases the key

As soon as the stage is paid, you get the decryption key — one message, instant delivery. You never pay for something you haven't verified; we never hand over work that isn't paid. Symmetric and fair.

Next stage — or full independence

Continue with us, or take the documentation package and finish anywhere else. Everything we make is engineered so you don't need us afterwards. Returning clients get growing trust limits — more work delivered before payment.

What you always receive

Source, not binaries

Firmware and application source code, buildable by your team, with build instructions that actually work.

Manufacturing files

Schematics, board layouts, bills of materials in the formats fabrication houses accept.

Documentation for humans

Step-by-step guides written for your technicians — not for our lawyers.

Jurisdiction independence

Deliverables that let you manufacture, deploy and maintain locally, wherever you are.

We work remotely with clients anywhere in the world. Simple ideas with public benefit may qualify for free volunteer help — see Good tech.
